Mohamed Negme

Mohamed Negme

The architect of the firm's philosophy. He founded Zaldi on the principle that conviction must precede consensus, and led its transition from a founder-led operation into a full institutional group.

Mr. Negme is the founder of the Zaldi Group of Companies and the driving force behind the investment activities of Zaldi Investments. He has extensive expertise in securities investment and has held several executive positions, including Head of Trading at multiple brokerage firms. Additionally, he has led the Marketing and Business Development divisions at various portfolio management companies, such as Acumen Asset Management.

Mr. Negme has also served in various advisory roles in investment affairs, notably as:

  • Board Member of Al-Ahram Real Estate Fund

Dr. Hatem Al Banna

The bridge between academic rigour and market reality. His career spans the Arab Investment Bank and Sigma Capital, alongside a strategic role as Consultant to the Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Authority.

Dr. Hatem Al Banna has extensive experience in banking and financial investments. He began his career at the Arab Investment Bank before moving into financial investments and capital markets, where he led the Research Department at several brokerage and portfolio management firms.

In addition, he has served as a financial advisor to various institutions, including Faisal Investment Company and the Misr El-Kheir Foundation. He also held the position of Advisor to the Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) for Strategic Planning Affairs.

Currently, Dr. Al Banna holds several positions, including Assistant Professor of Finance at the Faculty of Management Sciences at MSA University.

Mr. Ahmed Ezzat has over 16 years of experience in various institutions, specializing in Treasury, Trading, Financial Derivatives, Money Markets, Capital Markets, Fixed-Income Investments, Equity Investments, Islamic Banking, Asset Management, Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Corporate Governance, and Financial Management. He began his career at prominent institutions such as the Egyptian Gulf Bank, Xceed, and Raya Holding for Financial Investments.

In 2012, Mr. Ezzat joined the Treasury Department at Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt, where he led the Fixed-Income and Money Market Units. In 2018, he became the Group General Manager of Treasury & Investments at Contact Financial Holding (formerly Sarwa Capital), and he also obtained a Licensed Investment Manager accreditation for Sarwa Insurance.
